Today was another quiet day. Not much to report. She had Physical Therapy earlier and that took a lot out of her, she has spent much of the day since resting and napping. Her vitals remain stable and they are focusing on getting her lungs healed and improving her breathing.
Thank you for your continued prayers and support.
Jim, Josh and Melissa.

Hi Lisa,
ReplyDeleteI will take the fact that you were able to have physical therapy today as a good sign. I hope and pray each day your breathing will get easier. Please have your family contact me if I can do anything for you. I am just a phone call away for all of you.
Love,
Sandy Saldano
Keep working hard Lisa, you can do it! We need you to get well and get back here. My class is getting ready for their yearly show, this year's show is called, "The Magic of Music and Books" we sing a Kenny Logins song I know you like, and it will be dedicated to you. :) Hopefully I'll get it taped so you can watch it.
ReplyDeleteThanks to your family for the updates, they help us all so much.
Love, Tracy Hall
Dear Lisa,
ReplyDeleteEvery day you rest is helping you heal and build your strength - whatever it takes to get you back up and running. Just one more month at Lincoln, and then maybe I will be retired - or not! So looking forward to sharing so many things with you. Laurie and Mary Bell send their love. Naomi asks about you regularly. Debra keeps you in all prayer circles and groups. We all care and look forward to each day being better than the last.
We love you. Louie and Jackie
Working hard and then resting is a job well done! Keep up the work and know we are waiting for you to come back to the helm. Love and prayers for you and your family,
ReplyDeleteLeslie
Resuming physical therapy is a step in the right direction. The rest will help your body regain strength so you can do it again tomorrow! I look forward to reading tht youor lung is healed and the other infections are gone. Thanks you all so much for these daily updates. My day is not complete until I read the latest posting.
ReplyDeleteLove & Prayers,
Jean
Dearest Lisa and Family,
ReplyDeleteWorking hard and resting well sounds like a recipe for success. Keep it up! The kids say, "Therapy helps you get better," and they certainly know from experience. I know you will continue wowing the doctors and therapists with your determination, faith, and hard work--it's who you are, and I'm so grateful that it is. Thank you always to The Fam--you are so much appreciated.
Love, prayers, and positive thoughts from Monica
I continue to be impressed by your strength. Be good to yourselves!

Hey there! I am so glad to hear that you are making progress. You are an amazing example of strength and fortitude. (That's what you were going for, right?) Seriously though, I am standing on Philippians 4:6-9. I am praying for a speedy (if not miraculous) recovery and homecoming. You and your family are never far from my thoughts and prayers. -Debbie Briand
